Important notice to mac OS or OS X users
When Pioneer DJ’s DJ equipment is not recognized by your DJ application or does not work properly,
please follow the effective workaround from this link.
(DDJ-RB is used as an example in the link. You may replace the name with the your model when you go through the steps.)
For macOS High Sierra 10.13 users, please follow the effective workaround from this link.
Serato Flip, which is the Expansion Pack for Serato DJ, is now supported. (September 2, 2014)
Serato Flip is available on Serato DJ 1.7.0.
(Serato Flip is separately sold Expansion Pack for Serato DJ.)
Serato Flip is now compatible with DDJ-SX.
We finished our evaluation of Serato DJ 1.7.0 on DDJ-SX.

Firmware Download (February 19, 2013)
Some users of the Pioneer DDJ-SX controller have reported that audio distortion may occur when certain microphones are used or the input level is excessively high.
The firmware to improve this issue will be released.
