- Q1 The DJ equipment I want to use doesn't appear on the Stagehand screen. Why not?

There are several possible causes. Please check the following.
1. The Wi-Fi function of the iPad is turned off.
When connecting an iPad wirelessly, make sure the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) function is turned on in the iPad's settings.
Also, make sure it's connected to the correct access point.2. More than 6 Stagehand devices (iPads) are connected.
You can use up to 6 iPads in the same network.3.Stagehand and DJ equipment are not connected to the same network.
If the wireless LAN router is turned on after the DJ equipment is turned on,it's possible that the DJ equipment and the wireless LAN router won't be in the same network.
・Disconnect the LAN cable from the DJ equipment and reconnect it. If the problem persists, turn off the DJ equipment and turn it on again.

If you're using the wireless LAN feature of the DJM-A9
・Make sure the wireless LAN function of the DJM-A9 is turned on.
・Check that the DJM-A9 and the iPad running Stagehand are connected to the same access point.

Net Number : 6 - Q2 The Stagehand display is choppy/jumpy when connected wirelessly. Why?

There may be a slowdown in communication with the wireless LAN router.
Please try the following.
・Restart Stagehand.
・Turn off Wi-Fi on the Utility screen of the DJM-A9, turn it on again, and reconnect.
・Reconnect the wireless LAN connection on the iPad's settings screen.
・Update the software of the wireless LAN router to the latest version.Net Number : 7
