- Q1 Can I connect the unit using a conversion cable?

We don't guarantee that a conversion cable will work properly.
Net Number : 63 - Q2 The fader knobs are too hard to pull off.

The unit has P-LOCK Fader Caps which stop the knobs slipping off the channel fader and crossfader knobs.
They may break if you pull them too hard so please be careful.Net Number : 64 - Q3 Is the BOOTH terminal TRS or TS? What are its polarities?

No. Phantom power supply isn't supported.

The MIC input is TRS (balanced).
See the figure below for the polarities as seen from the front of the terminal.

We don't offer repairs on crossfaders made by other companies.
If you replace the crossfader with one from another brand, your warranty will become invalid.Net Number : 70 - Q9 I can't monitor sound before loading a track (Touch Preview feature). Why not?

You can’t monitor the sound of tracks if their format prevents them from being loaded to the decks or if their preview waveform can’t be displayed.
