- Q1 Can I connect the unit using a conversion cable?

We don't guarantee that a conversion cable will work properly.

The unit has P-LOCK Fader Caps which stop the knobs slipping off the channel fader and crossfader knobs.
They may break if you pull them too hard so please be careful.Net Number : 37 - Q3 Which output terminals are balanced?

No. Phantom power supply isn't supported.

It is balanced (XLR/TRS terminal).
See the figure below for the polarities as seen from the front of the terminal.

We don't offer repairs on crossfaders made by other companies.
