- Q1 My headphones won't turn on. Why not?

This might be due to the following:
■ The headphones are charging
The power can't be turned on while the headphones are charging.
Turn the power on after charging has finished.■ The coiled cable is connected to the headphones
The power can't be turned on when the coiled cable is connected.Net Number : 15 - Q2 I connected the headphones to a USB port on my PC/Mac, but charging doesn't start. What should I do?

Make sure your PC/Mac is turned on and not in power-saving mode.
Then, check the included USB charging cable is securely connected to the headphones and your PC/Mac.Net Number : 16 - Q3 The Bluetooth connection isn't working. What should I do?

Check if one of the below cases applies and follow the relevant instructions
■ The coiled cable is connected to the headphones
When the coiled cable is connected, the Bluetooth function is disabled.■ The Bluetooth device isn’t paired with the headphones
When 8 or more Bluetooth devices have been paired with the headphones, the headphones start to forget the previously paired devices – starting with the oldest pairing – each time a new device is paired. To reconnect a device that's been forgotten, you need to pair it again.
When you connect the headphones to a Bluetooth device for the first time, you need to pair it.For details, see [Connecting via Bluetooth] in the Instruction Manual.

If a previously connected Bluetooth device is nearby, the unit may connect to it automatically when you turn the headphones on. To connect to another Bluetooth device, turn off the Bluetooth function or the power of the connected device and pair the headphones with the new device.■ The unit is affected by something in the surrounding environment
Check there are no shields or devices (microwave ovens, radios, etc.) that generate 2.4 GHz electromagnetic waves near to the headphones.
Keep the headphones and Bluetooth device within 10 meters of each other.Net Number : 17 - Q4 I successfully paired a Bluetooth device with my headphones before but now I can't connect it again. What should I do?

Try the following steps:
1) Restart the Bluetooth device.
2) Change the settings on the Bluetooth device to forget the headphones, then pair them again.

Check the following:
1. The power of the headphones and the paired device should both be turned on.
2. The headphones and the paired device should be connected via Bluetooth.
3. The paired device should be playing music.
4. The volume should be turned up slightly on the headphones and the paired device.Net Number : 19 - Q6 When I connect a device to my headphones via Bluetooth, the sound is sometimes interrupted; e.g. I can hear unwanted noises or there are other problems.

Check if one of the below cases applies and follow the relevant instructions
■ Interference between the headphones and Bluetooth device
If there's a wall between the headphones and the Bluetooth device, communication will be obstructed. Move the device to a place where the sound isn't interrupted.■ Excessive loads on Bluetooth equipment
If you're using a Bluetooth device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop and you're running more than one app, the device's load may increase and this could interfere with radio wave transmission.
Reduce the load on the device, for example by closing apps you're not using.■ Excessive load on Wi-Fi
If your Bluetooth device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that several other devices are using, it can cause problems with communication between your headphones and the device.
Only use one device with your Wi-Fi network at any time.■ Interference from electromagnetic waves from microwave ovens or other devices
These problems may occur if you're using a microwave oven, wireless LAN router, cordless phone, or other device that generates 2.4 GHz radio waves nearby.
Use the headphones in a place that's not affected by these devices.Net Number : 20 - Q7 I can't get my headphones to work. How can I reset them, including pairing information?

Reset the headphones by doing the following:
[Reset procedure]
1. Press the multifunction button and [+] volume button at the same time for at least 5 seconds while the power is on.
All previous operations will be reset (information on paired devices will also be deleted).
After resetting, the power turns off.Net Number : 21 - Q8 I can't use my headphones hands-free. What should I do?

Check the following:
1. That the paired device supports the HSP or HFP Bluetooth profile.
2. If the paired device is connected via Bluetooth using A2DP. If so, you may need to switch to HSP or HFP, depending on the device's specifications.Net Number : 22 - Q9 The buttons on my headphones doesn't work when the coiled cable is attached. Why not?

All Bluetooth, volume, and microphone functions are automatically disabled when you plug in the cable. This avoids accidental operation when you're DJing.
