- Q1 Can I connect the unit using a conversion cable?

We don't guarantee that a conversion cable will work properly.

The unit has P-LOCK Fader Caps which stop the knobs slipping off the channel fader and crossfader knobs.
They may break if you pull them too hard so please be careful.Net Number : 49 - Q3 Is the BOOTH terminal TRS or TS? What are its polarities?

No. Phantom power supply isn't supported.

The MIC input is balanced (XLR/TRS terminal).

No. Please use a mono microphone.

We don't offer repairs on crossfaders made by other companies.
If you replace the crossfader with one from another brand, your warranty will become invalid.Net Number : 55 - Q9 I damaged parts of the unit when I replaced the fader bumpers. Can I buy replacement parts?

If you lose or damage parts during replacement, you can buy new parts .
For details, see the Instruction Manual > [Settings] > [Replacing the bumper for the crossfader].If you drop parts inside the unit and can't retrieve them, leave the unit's power switched off and disconnect the power cord. Then contact a service center to request repairs.
