-
A5
The buffer size setting is a detailed setting related to audio transmission.
When you hear sound cuts or delays in operation, you can solve the issue by adjusting the buffer size.
The larger the value of [Sample], the less likely you’ll hear sound cuts etc. The smaller the value is, the less likely you’ll experience delays in operation. As an example, when issues such as sound cuts occur, set the buffer size to a large value such as 1024 samples.
Play a track and check it no longer cuts.
Next, change to a low value and use the unit.
Repeat these steps until the sound cuts stop and you can’t feel a delay in operation. You can adjust buffer size in rekordbox [Preference] > [Audio] > [Buffer size].
(Windows users, click [Setting Utility] in the same window and adjust it on the [ASIO] tab.)
* The best value to set depends on the system environment.
* You don’t need to adjust buffer size if you’re not experiencing a particular problem.Net Number : 27 - Q6 I want to use the unit with a DJ application other than rekordbox by assigning MIDI. Where can I find the MIDI code sent from the unit when I use each button or knob?

Setting the BEAT FX CH SELECT knob to [3] or [4] applies FX to the sound of DECK3 or DECK4 (or PHONO/LINE) when you’re using the 4-channel mixer mode of the unit.
To apply FX to the sound of [DECK3] or [CH1 PHONO/LINE INPUT] while using the 2-channel mixer mode, select [1].
To apply FX to the sound of [DECK4] or [CH2 PHONO/LINE INPUT], select [2].
