- Q1 Last memory (a function that allows the work to be restarted from the previous session even if the power is turned OFF) does not operate.

Removing the DC plug of the AC adapter without turning the power switch at the back of the product body OFF, or turn off the power supply to the AC adapter will prevent the last memory function from working. Be sure to use the power switch on the rear of the product to turn the product ON and OFF.

Set the [MAIN OUT] knob on the top of the unit, and all volume settings on the GUI to the correct positions.
Check that the master level meters displayed on the [MIXER] screen are responding, that the [HEADPHONES] parameters are not set to [0], and that the [MUTE] function is not set to ON for all tracks.
Check if the settings on the [MIXER]>[OUTPUT SETTING] screen and the connections to the output terminals on the rear of the product body are correct.
Sometimes sound is not output when the [Analog filter] is set to ON and filter effects are applied. Try turning the ACTIVE button OFF.
Check if the HOLD parameter on the [TRACK MENU]>[AMP ENVELOPE] screen is not set to “0.”
Net Number : 34 - Q3 USB device is not recognized.

The file system may not match. Only FAT, FAT32 and HFS+ file systems can be read. This product is not compatible with file systems such as ExFAT and NTFS formatted in Windows.
Net Number : 35 - Q4 Sample sound source files stored in a USB device cannot be accessed.

Only those files in designated folders can be accessed.
when you connect a USB device to this unit it creates a "PIONEER DJ SAMPLER" folder. You need to then eject the USB device, move it to your computer and then put all of your samples into the "Samples" folder inside the "PIONEER DJ SAMPLER" folder.Net Number : 36 - Q5 Cannot load sample source files.

Error message “UNSUPPORTED FILE FORMAT”: This unit can only play 16-bit/44.1 kHz or 24-bit/44.1 kHz WAV or AIFF files. The message above appears when other sample source files are selected.
Error message “CANNOT LOAD SAMPLE OVER 64 SECONDS”: This unit can only play WAV and AIFF files that are a maximum of 64 seconds long. The message above appears when sample source files greater than 64 seconds in length are selected.
Error message “CANNOT LOAD SAMPLE BECAUSE MEMORY IS FULL”: This unit utilizes a system in which sample source files loaded into each scene and track are deployed in internal RAM, allowing scenes to be switched in real time without halting the performance. No additional sample sources can be added when internal RAM is full. Delete unused scenes and free up RAM.
Net Number : 37 - Q6 I pressed the stop button but playback sound such as reverberation continues.

When the analog filter HIGH PASS knob is turned all the way to the right, noise may be output even if no sample sound is being played back. If this occurs, turn the HIGH PASS knob to the left.
