1. Is the driver software installed?
You need to download the latest version of the driver software from here and install it.
Please see 'Installing the software' the operating instructions for details of installation procedures.2. Are you using the latest version of the DDJ-SX3 firmware and Serato DJ Pro?
⇒ Please check the latest version of the firmware of the DDJ-SX3.
⇒Please check the latest version of Serato DJ3.Is a USB connection device other than the DDJ-SX3 connected to the computer?
-Disconnect all other USB connection devices other than the DDJ-SX3.
-Turn off the power of the DDJ-SX3 quit Serato DJ Pro.
-Turn on the power of the DDJ-SX3 again.
-Once the DDJ-SX3’s startup illumination is finished, launch Serato DJ Pro.Frequently asked questions
-DDJ-SX3 is not recognized even when Serato DJ Pro is launched.
