FAQ
- Q1 I connected my Android device with the DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3 but cannot control WeDJ.

Relaunch WeDJ without disconnecting the devices.
Follow the instructions below.
1. Turn off the power of the DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3 and the Android device.
2. Turn on the power of the Android device.
3. Turn on the power of the DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3.
4. Launch WeDJ for Android.-If you set to start an application other than WeDJ by default when connecting the DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3, please cancel the setting as follows.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap [Apps].
3. Tap the app to cancel default app settings.
4. Tap [Open by default] > [CLEAR DEFAULTS].

Follow the instructions below to allow WeDJ for Android to access to storage.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap [Apps].
3. Tap [WeDJ].
4. Tap [Permissions].
5. Tap [Storage] to allow access to storage.

-Check the internet connection.
-Did you sign in for Google Play?
-Check free space on your Android device.
-Does your Android device satisfy WeDJ system requirements?

Tracks may not have been analyzed yet. Load a track on the deck or tap the ANALYZE button to analyze tracks.
Net Number : 29 - Q5 No audio output when DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3 is connected.

Check the followings:
-Isn't the PLAY/PAUSE button tapped to PAUSE?
-Isn't the TEMPO -100%?
-Aren't all the EQ knobs turned fully to the left?
-Check the TRIM. (*)
*TRIM is not shown in the default setting.
To display TRIM, turn on [Settings > General > Trim].
TRIM will be displayed on the performance panel.When monitoring MASTER output
-Check the MASTER LEVEL.
-Check the CH FADER of the playing deck.
-Is the CROSSFADER on the playing deck's side?When monitoring PHONES output
-Check the HEADPHONES LEVEL.
-Is the HEADPHONES SELECT button turned on?*When "Your device may not properly output audio using the connected controller.” is displayed in the version of Android 5.0.**

Check the followings:
-Check the Android device audio volume settings.
Is MUTE turned on?
-Check the TRIM.
-Aren't all the EQ knobs turned fully to the left?
-Isn't the PLAY/PAUSE button tapped to PAUSE?
-Isn't the TEMPO -100%?
-Check the TRIM. (*)
*TRIM is not shown in the default setting.
To display TRIM, turn on [Settings > General > Trim].
TRIM will be displayed on the performance panel.Net Number : 31 - Q7 When the DDJ-WeGO4 is connected, the CFX area is not displayed on the screen.

Turn on WeDJ for Android Settings > Controller > CFX.
Net Number : 32 - Q8 "Settings > Controller" does not appear on the screen.

"Settings > Controller" appears only when the DDJ-WeGO4 is connected.
Net Number : 33 - Q9 I cannot monitor FX sound through headphones.

If you monitor the audio from a deck, you cannot monitor the following FX through headphones.
RELEASE FX: VINYL BREAK, RELEASE ECHO, BACK SPIN
FX: ECHO, SPIRAL, REVERBYou can monitor the audio from the master through headphones.
Net Number : 34 - Q10 I cannot load tracks.

Please exit WeDJ for Android and other applications. Then launch WeDJ for Android again.
Tracks below are not supported:
- Streaming service tracks
- Tracks protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM)
- The file format is not supported by WeDJ for Android.Net Number : 35 - Q11 WeDJ does not launch.
