If the DISC eject button does not work, insert the pin into the disc force eject hole to eject the disc. For details, see "Main Unit Front Panel" in the operating instructions.

1. Is the connected DJ mixer being operated properly? Check the operation of the DJ mixer.
2. Is this unit installed near a TV? Turn the TV's power off, or install this unit and the TV away from each other.

Have you turned the power off immediately after changing the settings? Wait at least 10 seconds after changing the settings before turning the power off.

When playing files recorded in VBR, the length of the file may not be determined immediately, in which case it may take some time for the playing address display to appear.

1. Much time may be required for loading the USB device when there are many folders or files on it.
2. Much time may be required for loading the USB device when there are files other than music files in the folders. Do not put files other than music files or folders containing files other than music files on the USB device.

1. Are you playing a music CD? The category is not displayed for music CDs.
2. Is the library information stored on the USB device? Create the library information with rekordbox.
3. Is the USB device write-protected? Set the USB device so that files can be written on it, or set the USB device's write-protect switch to "OFF".

Normal operation may be restored by unplugging the power cord, waiting at least 1 minute, then plugging the power cord back in.
If this does not solve the problem, unplug the power cord and ask for repairs. For details, see "Warranty and After-Sales Service" in the operating instructions.

When master tempo is on, the key is kept constant, so the sound quality changes when key control processing is applied. This change in sound quality is normal on this product; it is not a malfunction.

Much time may be required if there are many folder layers or many files in the folders.
Also, much time may be required for loading files when there are files other than music files in the folders. Do not put files other than music files or folders containing files other than music files on the USB device.

For comfortable use, keep the numbers of files/folders within the following approximate limits:
-For folder browsing: 1000 or fewer files per folder
-For library browsing: 10,000 total files or fewer

1. You may be using a USB storage device with a high current consumption.
Use an HDD on which the power can be supplied externally (with an AC adapter, etc.). Also, use a USB device with a power supply of 500 mA or less (the rated power supply for this unit).

2. The NTFS format is not supported. Format the USB memory device or USD hard disk in FAT16, FAT32 or HFS+.

3. The GUID partition map standard Mac OS format is not supported.

4. USB storage devices formatted with the Mac extension format set to "distinguish capital/small letters" may not be recognized properly.

5. USB hubs cannot be used.

This may be for one of the following three reasons:
1. Files cannot be registered in the history if there is not enough free space on the USB memory device or USB hard disk.
2. Files can only be registered in the history if they have been transferred to the USB memory device using rekordbox.
3. Files cannot be registered in the history if they have been selected for less than 60 seconds. This unit is designed to register files in the history when they have been selected for more than 60 seconds. Files are registered in the history if they have been selected for more than 60 seconds, even if an operation other than playback (pause, etc.) is performed.

A minimum of 6 MB of free space is required on the USB memory device or USB hard disk. If there is more than 6 MB of free space, the problem may be as follows:
Does the USB memory device have a protection switch (a write-protect switch)? If this switch is on, data cannot be stored in the memory, so "USB FULL" may be displayed.
Use the USB memory device with the protection switch turned off.

Because the read-ahead function is activated, sound is produced at the beginning of the next track in cases where there is sound recorded at the end of the previous track.

When the operational memory for reading the disc data is extremely low, for example directly after the jog dial is spun at high speed in the scratch mode, it may not be possible to set cue points.

This is a warning for preventing playback from being stopped accidentally.
If the USB STOP button is released before playback stops, playback continues as such.

The CDJ-350 is designed to switch automatically to folder browsing when the USB memory device's write-protect switch is turned on. Turn the write-protect switch off.

If the rotary selector is pressed for over 1 second, the CDJ-350 judges this as a long-press and the operation is voided.
Release the rotary selector in less than 1 second.

This unit is equipped with a "standby function" that turns the power off as an energy-saving measure when no operation has been performed for a specific amount of time.
Upon factory shipment, this standby mode is set to 20 minutes.
This setting can be changed at UTILITY.

Setting procedure
1. Press DISPLAY (UTILITY) for at least 1 second. The UTILITY screen appears on the display.
2. Use the rotary selector to select "AUTO STANDBY", then press the rotary selector.
3. Turn the rotary selector to set the time.
20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, off (power does not turn off automatically)
4. Press the rotary selector to complete the setting.
