- Q1 What can I do when I install the CD-ROM included with this unit?

Installing the driver software lets you use all the functions of the USB sound card (audio interface) required to use the DJ software.

Generally speaking, driver software refers to the software allowing the computer to recognize peripheral devices. With this unit, dedicated driver software allowing the computer to recognize the built-in USB sound card (audio interface) is provided on the included CD-ROM.
Net Number : 23 - Q4 Is this unit supported on 64-bit operating systems?

Yes.
However, applications operating on 64 bits are not supported.
When using a 64-bit version of Windows, the driver software can only be used for 32-bit applications.

How do I reinstall it? (The same thing happens when connected to other USB ports on the computer.)

Re-connect the USB cable as such. In some cases, the reinstallation wizard starts up, in other cases it doesn't. If it does, continue installing as such. Follow the wizard to complete installation. If the reinstallation wizard does not start up, use the CD-ROM included with this unit to install the driver software again.

2. Select [Pioneer XDJ-AERO Driver], then click [Uninstall/Change].
3. Operate following the instructions that appear on the screen. If you are asked for the administrator's password or verification, input the password or provide the verification information.-Windows Vista

1. Double-click the [XDJ-AERO uninstaller.app] uninstaller to launch it.
The [XDJ-AERO uninstaller.app] uninstaller is located in the [XDJ-AERO_M_..dmg] disc image downloaded upon installation.

3. Be sure to restart after uninstalling is completed.Please obtain the latest driver software from the support page.
