- Q1 What can I do when I install the "Driver Software" on Pioneer DJ site.

Installing the driver software lets you use all the functions of the USB sound card (audio interface) required to use the DJ software.
It includes the "Driver Software" that has been optimized for this unit and a "Settings Utility" allowing you to make the settings on the computer easily and without hesitation. Generally speaking, driver software refers to the software allowing the computer to recognize peripheral devices. With this unit, dedicated driver software allowing the computer to recognize the built-in USB sound card (audio interface) is provided on the Pioneer DJ Web support page.

How do I reinstall it? (The same thing happens when connected to other USB ports on the computer.)

Re-connect the USB cable as such. In some cases, the reinstallation wizard starts up, in other cases it doesn't. If it does, continue installing as such. Follow the wizard to complete installation. If the reinstallation wizard does not start up, install the driver software again.
Pioneer DJ provides the latest firmware and driver software on its web support page. Get them from this page.
Net Number : 48 - Q6 I do not know how to install and uninstall the dedicated driver software.

Uninstall:
Windows 8.1/8/7
1. Open [Programs and Features] in the Control Panel.
2. Select [Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 Driver], then click [Uninstall or change].
3. Operate following the instructions that appear on the screen. If you are asked for the administrator’s password or a verification, input the password or provide the verification information.Mac OS X 10.10/10.9/10.8
1. Double-click the uninstaller ([DJM-900NXS2 uninstaller.app]) to launch it.
*The uninstaller ([DJM-900NXS2 uninstaller.app]) is stored in the disc image ([DJM-900NXS2_M_*.*.*dmg]) downloaded when the driver software was installed.
2. Operate following the instructions that appear on the screen.
