Normal operation is not guaranteed in this case. We strongly recommend connecting only this unit to the computer's USB port when using this unit.

Yes.
This unit outputs MIDI signals synchronized with operation of buttons and controls, so it can be used to control DJ software on the computer connected to the USB port. You can input the music tracks managed in iTunes into the USB sound card (Audio interface) of the unit by installing the driver software exclusive for the unit on the computer.

Enter mmsys.cpl in the [Run] dialog of the Start menu, and click OK. Audio settings window will open. Select [PIONEER XDJ-RX] in [Sound playback] of the Audio tab.
-Mac OS
Select [Sound output devices] in the [Output] tab of [Sound] in [Preferences], and select [PIONEER XDJ-RX] from the sound devices.When the MIXER MODE is set to XDJ-RX, the tracks are input to CH1 of the unit. Input to other CH is not possible.

When the mixer mode is set to the "XDJ-RX", two channels worth of the DJ application's sound can be input to the XDJ-RX. Set this as shown below.
Windows
To input to channel 1 on the XDJ-RX:
-L: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 1
-R: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 2
To input to channel 2 on the XDJ-RX:
-L: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 3
-R: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 4Macintosh
To input to channel 1 on the XDJ-RX:
-L: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 0
-R: PIONEER XDJ-RX OUT 1
To input to channel 2 on the XDJ-RX:
