- Q1 Sound comes out of my headphones or speakers incorrectly.

When no sound comes out or the volume is low, check each of the below in the following order:
This is an example when you use DJ players connected to [LINE] input.1. Check the DJ players are connected properly.
2. Check the input selector switches on the relevant channels are set to [LINE].*
3. Play a track on the DJ player.
4. Adjust the [TRIM] knob so the channel level indicator lights up with the peak level at around [0] dB.
5. Slide the channel fader to the top and the crossfader to the center.
6. Adjust the MASTER [LEVEL] knob so the master level indicator lights up with the peak level at around [0] dB (so that the red light doesn't turn on).If you don’t hear any sound from the headphones (HEADPHONES A) at this point, check the following:
7. Turn the [MIX] knob to the center.
8. Turn the [LEVEL] knob all the way to the left.
9. Press the [CUE A] button. (If you're using HEADPHONES B, press the [CUE B] button)
10. Turn the [LEVEL] knob slowly to the right.*Set the input selector switches according to the sound input. For example, select [A] for the sound of a PC/Mac connected to the [USB/MIDI] input and select [PHONO] for a turntable connected to the PHONO terminal.
If the volume is still low, adjust the [ATT.] setting.

Net Number : 31 - Q2 The unit doesn't output digital sound.

The sampling frequency may not match the specifications of the connected devices. Check the specifications of the connected devices and adjust the [SAMPLING RATE].

This might occur in the following cases:
・ A turntable with line-level output (equivalent output to that of a CDJ) is connected to the [PHONO] input.
・ An audio interface is connected to the [PHONO] input.
・ A CDJ is connected to the [PHONO] input.In such cases, switch to [LINE].
Net Number : 33 - Q4 Sound is affected by distortion or clipping.

If the volume level is too high, the sound may be affected by distortion or clipping.
Play a track and check the following:1) Check the channel level indicator
Adjust the [TRIM] knob so the channel level indicator lights up with the peak level at around
[0] dB (so that the red light doesn't turn on).
2) Check the master level indicator
Adjust the [LEVEL] knob for MASTER so the master level indicator lights up with the peak level at around [0] dB (so that the red light doesn't turn on).If distortion and sound clipping doesn't improve, the output level may exceed the allowable input level of the connected speaker or amplifier.
In this case, you'll need to lower the output level of [ATT.].

Talkover might be turned on.
When it’s on, this feature automatically reduces the volume when the microphone picks up the sound from the speakers. Try to use the microphone as far away from the speakers as possible.
This issue may also be caused by static electricity etc. If you don't need to use Talkover, turn it off.For details, see the Instruction Manual > [Microphones] > [MIC section].

The file system of your USB drive may not be supported.
The supported file system is FAT32 format (partition MBR style).Net Number : 36 - Q7 The power turns off unexpectedly.

The auto standby feature may be running.

To disconnect the power cord from the unit, first push it into the [AC IN], then pull it out while pressing the lock button on the cord.
