- Q1 The power does not turn on.

Is the power cord properly connected? Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
Net Number : 28 - Q2 The volume of devices connected to the [AUX 1] to [AUX 3] terminals is low.

Is the [LEVEL] control on the front panel set to an appropriate position? Adjust the [LEVEL] control on the front panel according to the connected device.
Net Number : 29 - Q3 The sound is distorted when an analog player is connected to this unit’s [PHONO] terminals, or the channel level indicator does not change when the [TRIM] control is turned.

There are two possible causes.
1. Is an analog player with a built-in phono equalizer connected? Connect analog players with built-in phono equalizers to the [CD] terminals.
Also, if the analog player with a built-in phono equalizer has a [PHONO/LINE] selector switch, switch it to [PHONO].
2. Is a USB sound card (audio interface) for a computer connected between the analog player and this unit? If the output of the computer’s audio interface is line level, connect to the [CD] terminals. Also, if the analog player has a [PHONO/LINE] selector switch, switch it to [PHONO].Net Number : 30 - Q4 The sound is distorted.

(1) Is the [MASTER LEVEL] control set to an appropriate position? Adjust the [MASTER LEVEL] control so that the master channel indicator lights up to the orange section at the peak level.
(2) Is the [TRIM] control set to an appropriate position? Adjust the [TRIM] control so that the channel level indicator lights up to the orange section at the peak level.For details, see “Basic operations (mixer section)” in the operating instructions.
Net Number : 31 - Q5 The sound of an external device or microphone is not output.

Is the [MIC, OFF, AUX 1, AUX 2, AUX 3] input selector switch on the front panel set to [OFF]? When using an external device, set the [MIC, OFF, AUX 1, AUX 2, AUX 3] input selector switch to the [AUX 1], [AUX 2] or [AUX 3] position (the position corresponding to the terminals to which the device is connected). When using a microphone, set it to the [MIC] position.
Net Number : 32 - Q6 No sound is produced, or the volume is low.

(1) Is the [CD, PHONO/LINE] input selector switch set to the appropriate position? Switch the channel’s input source using the [CD, PHONO/LINE] input selector switch. For details, see “Basic operations (mixer section)” in the operating instructions.
(2) Are the [TRIM] control, channel faders, crossfader and [MASTER LEVEL] control set to appropriate positions? Set the [TRIM] control, channel faders, crossfader and [MASTER LEVEL] control to appropriate positions, For details, see “Basic operations (mixer section)” in the operating instructions.
(3) Are the connected components and amplifiers properly set? Switch the external inputs of the components and amplifiers and set the volume properly.
(4) Are connection cables properly connected? Connect the connection cables properly. For details, refer to “Connecting the input/output terminals” in the operating instructions.
(5) Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting them.Net Number : 33
