- Q1 Tracks are not displayed.

Follow the instructions below to allow WeDJ to access Media Library.
1.Open iOS settings.
2.Select WeDJ.
3.Turn on [ALLOW WEDJ TO ACCESS] > [Media Library].Net Number : 1 - Q2 I cannot install WeDJ on my iPhone/iPad.

Please check the followings:
-Check the internet connection.
-Did you sign in for App Store?
-Check available storage on your iPhone/iPad.
-Does your iPhone/iPad satisfy WeDJ system requirements?

Tracks with DRM (Digital Rights Management) or tracks in unsupported format cannot be played.
Net Number : 30 - Q4 Waveform, BPM and Key are not displayed on the Browse screen.

Tracks may not have been analyzed yet. Load a track on the deck or tap the ANALYZE button to analyze tracks.
Net Number : 31 - Q5 No audio output when DDJ-WeGO4/DDJ-WeGO3 is connected.

Check the followings according to the audio you are monitoring.
When monitoring MASTER output
-Check the MASTER LEVEL.
-Check the CH FADER of the playing deck.
-Is the CROSSFADER on the playing deck's side?When monitoring PHONES output
-Check the HEADPHONES LEVEL.
-Is the HEADPHONES SELECT button turned on?In both cases
-Isn't the PLAY/PAUSE button tapped to PAUSE?
-Isn't the TEMPO -100%?
-Aren't all the EQ knobs turned fully to the left?Net Number : 32 - Q6 No audio output when using only iPhone/iPad.

Check the followings:
-Check the iPhone/iPad audio volume settings. Is MUTE turned on?
-Check the TRIM.
-Aren't all the EQ knobs turned fully to the left?
-Isn't the PLAY/PAUSE button tapped to PAUSE?
-Isn't the TEMPO -100%?Net Number : 33 - Q7 CFX area is not shown on the screen.

Turn on WeDJ Settings > Controller > CFX.
*Controller menu appears only when the DDJ-WeGO4 is connected.Net Number : 34 - Q8 DDJ-WeGO4 firmware automatic update failed.

Turn off the DDJ-WeGO4 and quit WeDJ. Disconnect the iPhone/iPad and the DDJ-WeGO4 and connect them again. Turn on the DDJ-WeGO4 and launch WeDJ.
Select [Update] when asked to update again.
Then, please follow the instructions shown on the screen.
Please note that update is performed with stable internet connection.
Make sure that connection between the iPhone/iPad and the DDJ-WeGO4 will not be disconnected and the DDJ-WeGO4 will not be powered off during the update.
If you are still unable to update, please try updating from your computer (Mac/Windows).Net Number : 35 - Q9 "Settings > Controller" does not appear on the screen.

"Settings > Controller" appears only when the DDJ-WeGO4 is connected.
Net Number : 36 - Q10 I cannot monitor FX sound through headphones.

If you monitor the audio from a deck, you cannot monitor the following FX through headphones.
RELEASE FX: VINYL BREAK, RELEASE ECHO, BACK SPIN
FX: ECHO, SPIRAL, REVERBYou can monitor the audio from the master through headphones.
Net Number : 37 - Q11 I cannot load tracks.

Please exit WeDJ and other applications. Then launch WeDJ again.
Tracks below are not supported:
-Apple Music tracks
-Tracks not downloaded from iCloud
-Tracks protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM)*For Apple Music users
When using iCloud Music Library, you cannot use tracks downloaded from iCloud on WeDJ because they are protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM).Net Number : 38
