- Q1 Power does not turn on.

1. Is the power cord connected correctly? Connect the power cord to the power outlet. For details, refer to the section "Connecting" in the Operating Instructions.
2. Is the [POWER] switch on the power supply set to [ON]? Turn the [POWER] switch on the power supply to [ON].Net Number : 1 - Q2 There is no sound or the sound is low.

1. Is the sound cable connected correctly? Connect the sound cable to the mixer or amplifier PHONO input. For details, refer to the section "Connecting" in the Operating Instructions.
2. Are the terminals or plugs dirty? Clean the terminals and plugs before making connections. Clean the contact point between the head shell and tone arm before making connections.
3. Is the head shell attached correctly? Attach the head shell correctly. For details, refer to the section "Preparing" in the Operating Instructions.Net Number : 2 - Q3 There is a low buzz (humming sound or buzzing sound) while playing.

1. Is the ground wire of the turntable system unplugged? Connect the ground wire correctly. For details, refer to the section "Connecting" in the Operating Instructions.
2. Are there any electrical equipments such as fluorescent lights or their power cords? Place the power cord of the fluorescent light or other device as far away as possible.Net Number : 8 - Q4 The stylus skips during scratch.

The possible causes are as follows:
1. The cartridge is not properly attached on the headshell, and/or the headshell is not properly inserted to the tone arm.
-See the setting methods in "Before you start" in the Operating Instructions.2. The tone arm balance and/or stylus pressure are not adjusted correctly.
-See the adjustment methods in the Operating Instructions.
Note: When using a cartridge with a weight of 9.5 g or less, the sub weight is not required.3. The record is dirty, damaged, or worn down.
-Either clean the record with an appropriate cleaner or use a record in a relatively good condition.4. The stylus tip is worn away or broken.
-Replace the stylus with a new one.5. The main unit is tilted.
-Place the unit on a level surface that is free of external vibration. Turn the insulator to fine adjust the level.Net Number : 12 - Q5 The tone arm moves even if the anti-skating is set to 0.

Unfortunately, it is unavoidable. When adjusting needle pressure, adjust the balance where the tone arm is in a stationary position.
Net Number : 13 - Q6 The tempo slider values do not match the actual rotation speed.

The tempo slider value is approximate. When adjusting tempo, use it as a rough estimate.
Net Number : 14 - Q7 I am using a shell weight with a cartridge which weights under 6.5 g, but I can’t balance the tone arm even when I turn the balance weight.

There is some misinterpretation in the Operating Instructions. We correct it as the below.
02 Before you start - About the cartridge
(Error) When using a cartridge between 3.5 g and 6.5 g, use the supplied shell weight.
(Correction) When your cartridge is too light to balance the tone arm, use the supplied shell weight.02 Before you start – Assembly
(Error) When using a cartridge between 9.5 g and 13 g, attach the sub weight on the rear shaft of the tone arm.
(Correction) When your cartridge is too heavy to balance the tone arm, attach the sub weight on the rear shaft of the tone arm.07 Additional information - Specifications
(Error) Proper cartridge weight 3.5 g to 13 g (single cartridge)
When shell weight is used 3.5 g to 6.5 g
When only balance weight is used 6 g to 10 g
