Net Number : 66 - Q9 Tempo (BPM) cannot be measured or tempo (BPM) measurements are incongruous.
-
A9
There are three possible causes.
1. If the audio input level is too high or too low, it may not be possible to accurately measure the BPM value. Adjust the [TRIM] control so that the channel level indicator lights up to about [0 dB] at the input sound's peak level.
2. Depending on the track, it may not be possible to accurately measure the BPM value. In this case, use the [TAP] button to input the BPM value manually.
3. If this unit is connected by link to a Pioneer DJ player supporting PRO DJ LINK (CDJ-2000, CDJ-900, etc.), also check the items below.
3-a. Is the DJ player supporting PRO DJ LINK connected to the same input channel as the currently playing device? The BPM value information may be being acquired via link from the DJ player. Either connect the playback device to a different input channel than the DJ player, disconnect the DJ player's link cable (or turn its power off), or use the [TAP] button to input the BPM value manually.
3-b. Is the BPM value displayed on the DJ player's display? If the BPM value cannot be measured on the DJ player, the BPM value cannot be displayed on this unit. In this case, use the [TAP] button to input the BPM value manually.Net Number : 67 - Q10 The measured tempo (BPM) value is different from the value indicated on the CD.
