- Q1 No sound is produced, or the volume is low.

1. Is [CD, PHONO] (the input selector switch) set to the proper position?
Switch [CD, PHONO] (the input selector switch) to the channel's input source. For details, see "Basic Operations (Mixer Section)" in the operating instructions.
2. Are [TRIM], the channel faders, the crossfader and [MASTER LEVEL] set to the proper positions? Set [TRIM], the channel faders, the crossfader and [MASTER LEVEL] to the proper positions. For details, see "Basic Operations (Mixer Section)" in the operating instructions.
3. Are the connected components and amplifiers properly set? Set the external input selection and volume on the components and amplifiers properly.
4. Are the connection cables properly connected? Connect the connection cables properly. For details, see "Connecting the Input/Output Terminals" in the operating instructions.
5. Are the terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe off any dirt from the terminals or plugs.Net Number : 1 - Q2 Sound is distorted.

Net Number : 2 - Q3 Sound is distorted when tracks recorded on USB devices are played.

The HDD may be formatted in NTFS.
Format it in FAT16, FAT32 or HFS+.Net Number : 10 - Q6 When I connect a USB device, much time is required for the USB STOP indicator to stop flashing and the recording standby mode to be set.

There can be two reasons for this:
1. With USB devices that have just been formatted in FAT32/FAT, quite some time may be required for loading.2. Quite some time is required for loading when there are many files in the USB device's "PIONEER DJM/DJM350 REC" folder.
Also, quite some time is required for loading when files other than WAV files are included. Do not include files other than WAV files.Net Number : 12 - Q7 The power turns off even though I haven't done anything.

This unit is equipped with a "standby function" that turns the power off as an energy-saving measure when no operation has been performed for a specific amount of time.
Upon factory shipment, this standby mode is set to 20 minutes.
This setting can be changed at UTILITY.Setting procedure
1. Set the power to the standby mode.
2. Press the power button while pressing the two SEARCH buttons.
3. Use the search buttons to set the time after which the power will be set to the standby mode.
The master level indicators light to indicate the set time.
-2 indicators lit: 20 minutes
-4 indicators lit: 40 minutes
-6 indicators lit: 60 minutes
-No indicators lit: Off (power does not turn off automatically)4. Press the power button for at least 2 seconds to complete the setting.
