- Q1 Sound is distorted.

1) Is the [MASTER LEVEL] control set to the proper position?
Adjust the [MASTER LEVEL] control according to the connected devices.
2) Is the [HEADPHONES LEVEL] control set to the proper position?
Adjust the [HEADPHONES LEVEL] control according to the connected device.
3) Is the level of the audio input to the [MIC] input terminal set to an appropriate level?
Set the level of the audio input to the [MIC] input terminal to an appropriate level according to the connected device.Net Number : 4 - Q2 This unit does not work on USB bus power.

This unit does not support a USB mobile battery and USB power adapter. To supply power to this unit with USB bus power, use a USB port of a computer.
Furthermore, the unit may not be able to operate on USB bus power due to the power supply capacity of the computer being insufficient.
Check the following items.- The USB power supply capacity of a USB port of the computer is low. -> Connect to a USB port that provides sufficient power. Furthermore, if the computer is running on its battery, supply power from the AC adapter.
- Other USB devices are connected to other USB ports of the computer. -> Disconnect the other USB devices to secure power for the USB port.
- Headphones with an impedance of less than 32 Ω are connected. -> Connect stereo headphones with an impedance of 32 Ω or higher.
- Headphones are connected to both the stereo phone jack and the stereo mini-phone jack. -> Connect headphones to either just the stereo phone jack or just the stereo mini-phone jack.
- The computer is connected with a USB cable other than the included cable. -> Connect using the included USB cable.
- A USB hub is being used. -> Connect directly without using a USB hub.
Net Number : 25 - Q3 I cannot operate the master volume and headphones volume knobs on the computer screen from the controller.

The master volume and headphones volume knobs on the computer screen cannot be operated from the controller.
Net Number : 33 - Q4 I sometimes cannot control DDJ-WeGO4 when it is connected to a laptop.

If you run a laptop powered by the battery in it, a power saving mode may be automatically activated to cut the clock signal inside the CPU. This may affect the controller and make it unstable. In such a case, connect the laptop to an AC adaptor.
Net Number : 39 - Q5 During playback, the sound is interrupted or there is noise.

Are other applications running?
When using this application after switching from another application, turn the DDJ-WeGO4’s power off then back on and launch the application.If the problem is not solved even after taking the above measure, please see [Using the settings utility software] of [03 Serato DJ Intro] or [04 VirtualDJ LE 8] in the Operating Instructions (DJ Software Setup).

Please check the following things.
1) Is the firmware the latest?
The firmware is system software program in DDJ-WeGO4.
Please update to the latest firmware to enhance the product's performance.
Please see the Pioneer DJ Support page for the latest firmware version of DDJ-WeGO4.2) Aren't the jog dials dirty?
Because the jog on this unit has a touch sensor, dirt or hand cream on your hand onto the jog would prevent the touch sensor from fully functioning.3) Don't you use hand cream on your hands?
If hand cream is left on your hands, the jog dial may not respond.
Also, if the ingredients of hand cream remain on the jog dial, it may prevent the jog from detecting your hand touching the jog.4) Does it react when you touch the jog dial while touching the metal part of the controller?
If it does not react, the controller may have a problem. Please report the problem to the service center nearby.
If it reacts, it may be affected by the devices connected to this controller. Please check and revise the locations and ground connection of such devices as a computer and an amplifier connected to this controller.Net Number : 67 - Q9 The LED of [STANDBY/ON] is flashing.

This may be a failure warning of the electric circuit in DDJ-WeGO4.
First, remove an AC adaptor and a USB cable from the unit and connect them again.
If you see the same flashing when the AC adaptor and the USB cable are connected to the unit again, please contact our service center near you.Net Number : 71 - Q10 The power of the unit does not turn on.

1) Is the included AC adapter connected properly?
When using an iPhone/iPad and the unit in combination, be sure to connect the included AC adapter properly.2) Is the included USB cable connected properly?
When using a computer and the unit in combination, be sure to connect the included USB cable properly.
This unit does not support a USB mobile battery and USB power adapter.
To supply power to the unit with USB bus power, use a USB port of a computer.3) Is the supply of power from the connected computer’s USB port insufficient?
When using a computer and the unit in combination using the USB bus power of the computer, connect to a USB port capable of a sufficient supply of power.
If devices not being used for the DJ performance are connected to other USB ports, also disconnect them to provide sufficient power.
Run the connected computer with the power supplied from an AC adapter rather than running it on the battery.Net Number : 125 - Q11 The positions of the controls and sliders of this unit and DJ software differ.

1) Is the computer connected to this unit connected to an AC power supply?
When using a notebook computer on battery power, the power management system may set the battery energy saving mode, decreasing the CPU’s clock frequency. If this happens, noise may be generated and operation may become slower. Connect the computer to which this unit is to be connected to an AC power supply.2) Is the latency value of the driver software appropriate? (Windows only)
Set the latency value of the driver software appropriately.3) Is the buffer size (latency) value of the DJ software appropriate?
