- Q1 Files cannot be played.

1. Playable Music File Formats : mp3, wav, cda, wma, asf, ogg, vdj/vds, m4a, aac.

3. Is the file copyright-protected (by DRM)? Copyright-protected files cannot be played.Net Number : 4 - Q2 Sound is distorted.

1. Is the audio input to the [MIC] terminals set to an appropriate level?
Set the audio level input to the respective terminals according to the connected devices.
2. Set the output to an appropriate level using the [MASTER VOL] control.Net Number : 5 - Q3 When DJ software is connected, the characters in the track information for MP3 and AAC files are not displayed properly.

This unit’s track information may be in a language not supported by the connected DJ software. Refer to the DJ software’s operating instructions for the range of languages the DJ software supports.
Files in MP3 and AAC format support ID3 tags for embedding track information, so artist names, album names, etc., can be read out from the files and displayed. Files in WAV and AIFF format, on the other hand, do not support ID3 tags, so artist names, album names, etc., cannot be read out from them. To display the track information in this case, the information must first be edited at the “Edit” option. Note that with the Import from iTunes function, the file information in the iTunes library is browsed, so the track information is displayed even for files in WAV and AIFF format.
Net Number : 9 - Q4 When the tempo is changed with the Key Lock function turned on, the sound seems distorted. Is this a malfunction?

When the Key Lock function is turned on, key control processing is performed to keep the key constant, so the sound quality changes. This change in sound quality is normal for the product's specifications. This is not a malfunction.
Net Number : 10 - Q5 This unit does not work on USB bus power.

The power supply could be insufficient for the following reasons:
- The power supply capacity of the computer’s USB port is too weak.
- Another USB device is connected to the computer.
- Headphones with an impedance of less than 32Ω are connected.
- Headphones are connected to both the stereo phone jack and the stereo mini-phone jack.Net Number : 30 - Q6 I can perform operations with Virtual DJ LE, but no sound is output (the unit is not recognized as an audio device). The DDJ-ERGO is recognized on the computer.

If multiple USB devices (such as a mouse, keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to a USB hub, Virtual DJ LE may not operate properly due to problems in the USB bus bandwidth or conflicts between the USB devices.
In such cases, changing the USB ports used for connection can sometimes improve the problem.Net Number : 33 - Q7 I can record samples but cannot save them.

Virtual DJ LE does not include a function for saving samples. Samples can be saved when you upgrade to Virtual DJ Pro.
Net Number : 40 - Q8 I cannot operate the master volume and headphones volume knobs on the computer screen from the controller.

The master volume and headphones volume knobs on the computer screen cannot be operated from the controller. Normally use with the knobs set at the maximum setting (turned fully clockwise).

This error message appears if Virtual DJ is launched before the DDJ-WeGO is running.

Set in such a way that the file path to the location where the recording is stored does not contain 2-byte codes (used in Japanese, etc.).

When using the computer on battery, the power management system may set the energy saving mode, reducing the CPU's clock rate and making operation unstable. Use the computer to which this unit is connected on AC power.

There are various possible causes for this, including your specific computer environment. This problem can be solved using one of the methods below.
-Open Virtual DJ LE’s [CONFIG] – [Sound Setup] tab, and at the [Sound card] section check [Ultra-latency ASIO].

The display will be garbled if the ID3 tag’s character code is set to Shift JIS.

Is a version of Virtual DJ LE in addition to the included version of Virtual DJ LE also installed on your computer?
For Windows
Uninstall all versions of Virtual DJ LE, then reinstall the included version.For Mac OS
For Mac users, move the Virtual DJ LE icon to the trash to delete it, then delete the files below. After doing this, install the included version of Virtual DJ LE. If other versions of Virtual DJ were also installed (for example Virtual DJ Pro), also reinstall them.
Files to delete:

The sensitivity of the jog dial’s touch sensor may not be set appropriately. For instructions on setting this sensitivity, see “Adjusting the sensitivity of the jog dial’s touch sensor” in the operating instructions.

The LEDs of the jogs are lit in the color selected by the user only when the beats of the both decks are completely synced .

Go to [Start] menu -> [All programs] > [Pioneer] > [DDJ_WeGO] and click [DDJ Version Display Utility].
The driver software version and the firmware version of DDJ-WeGO are displayed as in the figure below.
Check if the displayed versions of both firmware and driver software are the latest.⇒Check the latest firmware version.

1. Connect DDJ-WeGO to your computer and turn on the power of DDJ-WeGO.
2. Open the [Applications] folder → [Utilities] folder → [System Profiler].
3.Choose [PIONEER DDJ-WeGO] from ▼Hardware - USB
Check if the displayed firmware version is the latest.Net Number : 101 - Q25 Windows users only 1. Audio is not output. or, 2. Cannot control rekordbox.
