- Q1 I cannot change the volume of my computer speaker. (Windows)

Check the sound setting on the computer by following the instructions below.
(1) Connect the XDJ-RX2 to the computer.
Open [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Sound].
(2) Check the sound setting.
If the XDJ-RX2 is selected as default device, click a sound device other than the XDJ-RX2.
Click [Set as Default].
(3) Close the Control Panel. See if you can change the volume of the computer speaker.
Net Number : 111 - Q2 The video displayed in rekordbox does not play smoothly. What should I do?

1. Check if the PC you are using fulfills the minimum system requirements for rekordbox video.
Alternatively, lower the output quality setting in the preferences.
2. If you are using Windows and "x64" is not at the end of the version name of [About rekordbox] accessed from the Help menu of rekordbox, please download and use the 64-bit version.Net Number : 131 - Q3 The [Log in with the computer administrator’s account] message appears and rekordbox cannot be installed.

Align the cursor with the rekordbox application shortcut icon and then right-click and display the properties. The Compatibility tab contains the [Privilege Level] item. Select the [Run this program as an administrator] check box and then click [OK]. Once the dialog box closes, start the rekordbox application.
Net Number : 132 - Q4 It takes time for the unit to be recognized after rekordbox starts.

When multiple ASIO drivers have been installed on the computer, it may take time for this unit to be recognized by rekordbox after startup. Uninstall unnecessary ASIO drivers. For the uninstallation procedure, check with the maker providing each respective ASIO driver.

Is the file copyright-protected (by DRM)? Copyright-protected files cannot be played.
Furthermore, the file may be damaged or it may have been renamed or moved. Confirm the status by checking the library status icon.

(1) Is the dedicated driver installed?
Dedicated driver software needs to be installed before using this unit connected with a computer.
For details, refer to "Installing driver software" in the operating instructions.(2) Are this unit and the computer connected correctly with a USB cable?
This unit and the computer need to be connected correctly.
*This unit and the dedicated driver software support Hi-Speed USB only.
Check whether or not your computer and the USB port and cable support Hi-Speed USB.(3) Are Track Gain Adjust and Master Output Level Adjust in rekordbox set to the minimum positions?
Adjust them to the appropriate positions.
For details on the setting procedures of rekordbox, see the rekordbox software manual.(4) Are the input selector switches in the mixer section set to [DECK1]/[DECK2], respectively?
Slide the input selector switches to set to [DECK1]/[DECK2].(5) Is [TRIM] set to the correct position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator of the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.
(6) Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the correct position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the orange indicator of the master level indicator lights at the peak level.
(7) Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
Net Number : 135 - Q7 Characters displayed in the track list are garbled.

If the character code of the ID3 tag data is Shift JIS, the characters will be garbled.
Only Unicode is supported with this application.Net Number : 136 - Q8 BPM is not displayed on the rekordbox dj screen.

The music files may not have been analyzed by rekordbox.

After prior analysis, switch the quantize function on by pressing the quantize button.
