To use the quantize function, the song to be played by rekordbox must be analyzed by rekordbox beforehand.

After prior analysis, pressing the HOT CUE mode button for at least one second switches the quantize function on and off.

Also, the file may be corrupted, the file name was changed, or the file was moved. Check the status icon in the library.

Q5 The message "Log in with the computer administrator's account" appears and rekordbox cannot be installed.: A5

Set the cursor to the shortcut icon of the rekordbox application, then right-click and display the properties. In the Compatibility tab, there is an item called Privilege Level. Tick the [Run this program as an administrator] check box and then click OK. Once the dialog box closes, launch the rekordbox application.

① Is the dedicated driver installed?
The dedicated driver must be installed before using the unit connected with a computer.
The following operating systems are supported by the driver software.

② Are the unit and computer connected correctly with a USB cable.
The unit and computer must be connected correctly.
*This unit and the dedicated driver software support Hi-Speed USB only.
Check if the computer, USB port and USB cable are compatible with Hi-Speed USB.
③ Are Track Gain Adjust and Master Output Level Adjust set to the minimum position?
Adjust them to the appropriate position.
For details on setting rekordbox, see the rekordbox software manual.
④　Is the input selector switch in the mixer section set to [USB]?
Set to [USB] by sliding the input selector switch.
⑤ Is [TRIM] set to the correct position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator of the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.
⑥ Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the correct position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the orange indicator of the master level indicator lights at the peak level.
⑦ Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.

Q7 It takes time for the unit to be recognized after rekordbox is started.: A7

When multiple ASIO drivers have been installed on the computer, it may take time for this unit to be recognized by Serato DJ after startup. Uninstall unnecessary ASIO drivers. For the uninstalling method, check with the maker of the respective ASIO driver.
