- Q1 How can I login to Mixcloud, Dropbox, etc.?

First, log out. Then log into the correct account when you next upload a recorded file.
Follow these steps to do this.
Note: Depending on your iOS device and settings, the procedure may vary from these steps.■ Logout procedure
1. Tap [External Accounts] on the Setting screen.
2. Tap [Log out] for the cloud service you want to log out of.3. Tap [Log out] on the pop-up that appears.
* Please read the pop-up carefully.
Depending on the cloud service, you may need to perform the procedure described in the pop-up before or after tapping [Log out].■ Login procedure
1. Select the file you want to upload from the File screen and tap [UPLOAD].
2. Select a cloud service.
3. Read the on-screen information carefully and log in again with another account.Net Number : 12 - Q2 I cannot upload files to the cloud service.

The file size is too large, or the cloud service may not support WAV file format.
Please reduce the file size by converting file format as below and upload:
-WAV files -> AAC files
-AAC files -> AAC files with lower bit rate
Follow the steps below to convert file format.１. Swipe left on the file on the FILE screen.
２. Tap [Edit].
３. Tap the current file format (e.g. AAC 320kbps).
４. Select a file format to reduce file size.

Follow the steps below to import files from your iOS device to your computer and then upload from the computer.
[iTunes (Ver. 12.7 or later)]
1. Start iTunes on your computer.
2. Connect your iOS device and the computer.
3. Click the icon of the connected iOS device on iTunes.
4. Click [File Sharing] on the left.
5. Click [DJM-REC] in Apps shown on the right.
6. The recorded files are shown.
7. Select the file and click [Save to] on the lower right, set the save destination such as a folder and save it.
8. Upload the saved file to the cloud service on your computer.[iTunes (Ver. lower than 12.7)]
1. Start iTunes on your computer.
2. Connect your iOS device and the computer.
3. Click the icon of the connected iOS device on iTunes.
4. Click [Apps] under [Summary] on the left.
5. Click [DJM-REC] in Apps shown in the right. (Scroll down to find Apps.)
6. The recorded files are shown.
7. Select the file and click [Save to] on the lower right, set the save destination such as a folder and save it.
