- Q1 I cannot pull out the fader controls.

A preventive reinforced lock mechanism called "P-LOCK Fader Cap" is used to keep the channel fader and crossfader controls from falling out. Attempting to pull them out forcefully may break them, so be careful.
Net Number : 51 - Q2 Is it OK to use commercially available lubricant on the fader part?

Do not use it because it will affect operation.
Net Number : 52 - Q3 Can I replace the crossfaders with commercially-available ones?

We do not accept replacement requests for crossfaders made by other companies. Additionally, if the crossfaders are replaced with those from another company will no longer be able to honor our warranty.
