- Q1 When DJ software is connected, the characters in the track information for MP3 files, AAC files, etc., are not displayed properly.

The track information on this controller may not be in a language supported by the connected DJ software. Check the range of languages supported by the DJ software in that DJ software’s operating instructions.
Net Number : 6 - Q2 When the tempo is changed with the Key Lock function turned on, the sound seems distorted. Is this a malfunction?

When the Key Lock function is turned on, key control processing is performed to keep the key constant, so the sound quality changes. This change in sound quality is normal for the product's specifications. This is not a malfunction.
Net Number : 7 - Q3 When connected to a computer, I can control DJ software but DDJ-WeGO4 is not recognized as an audio device and no audio is output.

When multiple USB devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to a USB hub, the controller does not work properly due to problems with the USB bus band or compatibility between the USB devices.
In this case, the problem can sometimes be solved by changing the USB ports used for connection.Net Number : 27 - Q4 Sound is not properly output from the master out terminals or headphones.

This may be caused by a wrong order of launching devices. DDJ-WeGO4 should be first connected to a computer and turn on the power of DDJ-WeGO4. After waiting until startup illumination is finished, launch the DJ software.
Net Number : 44 - Q5 The characters of the track information displayed on the track list are garbled.

If the character code of the ID3 tag data is Shift JIS, the characters may be garbled in the DJ software. Convert the ID3 tag data of the track files to Unicode in software such as free ID3 tag editing software.

1. Does your computer meet the system requirements of the DJ software?

When using VirtualDJ2. Is the buffer size adjusted appropriately?
->Adjust the buffer size so that noise is not output.

->When the master tempo function is on, the sound quality changes because key control processing is performed to keep the key constant.
This change in sound quality is in accordance with the specifications of the product and is not a failure.5. Are you using a USB hub?
->A USB hub cannot be used. Be sure to connect this unit directly to a USB port on the computer.6. Are other applications running?
->Exit all other applications including the screen saver and resident software.
(When you will exit antivirus and other security software,
be sure to perform this check with the Internet connection disconnected to ensure the security of your computer.)7. Is the USB cable connected properly?
->Connect the computer and DDJ-WeGO4 using the included USB cable.8. Is your computer set to power saving mode?
->Cancel the power saving mode of your computer.9. Does your computer have a wireless LAN function or Bluetooth function?
->Turn off the wireless LAN function or Bluetooth function.10. Are USB devices other than DDJ-WeGO4 connected?
->Remove external hard disks and the keyboard (for some models), etc. to check the status with only the built-in hard disk.11. Does the computer have multiple USB ports?
->Check using a different USB port.Net Number : 68 - Q7 If the [STANDBY/ON] button of DDJ-WeGO4 is pressed to switch to the standby state during playback with DJ software and then DDJ-WeGO4 is restarted immediately, the sound of the DJ software may stop.

The DJ software may have become unable to recognize DDJ-WeGO4 correctly. Disconnect the USB cable or the cable included with the iPhone/iPad and then reconnect it.
