- Q1 What is your best recommendation for a DJ system to use in combination with this unit?

We recommend you connect the product to TORAIZ SP-16.
By connecting the two with a MIDI cable, you will be able to trigger the TORAIZ AS-1 using the performance pads and step sequencer on the TORAIZ SP-16. A MIDI clock also lets you stay in sync.
*We recommend you update the TORAIZ SP-16 to the latest firmware when connecting the two.Net Number : 4 - Q2 Are there terminals that support the balanced type?

Pioneer DJ does not plan to sell a rack mount kit specifically for this unit (as of March 2017). If you are considering rack mount installation, you will need to, for example, ask a rack manufacturer to perform the work.

Yes. MIDI communication is possible by connecting the [USB-B] terminal on the rear panel and your Windows or Mac computer with a USB cable.

Yes. When you enjoy performance while sending multiple MIDI signals from a MIDI sequencer such as DAW, set its MIDI channel and TAS-1 MIDI channel correctly.
