If any of (1) to (3) below apply and activation of rekordbox dj has already been completed, it can be used in combination with DDJ-RR by updating rekordbox to the latest version.
(1) Customer purchased a product including a license key for rekordbox dj.
(2) Customer purchased rekordbox dj in full.
(3) Customer has a subscription contract for rekordbox dj.Furthermore, by using the 30-day free trial of rekordbox dj, a customer for which any of the above does not apply can also use rekordbox dj in combination with DDJ-RR for free during the validity period.

Click [FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?] in the login screen of kuvo.com and then perform the password reset procedure. The e-mail address you registered with KUVO is required to reset your password.

1) The registered e-mail address is incorrect.
-> Check if the e-mail address you registered is correct. If you are unable to resolve the problem, perform registration again.2) E-mail from Pioneer DJ is being moved to the Junk E-mail folder.
-> Check the settings of your e-mail software and security software.3) Receive reject settings and spam mail prevention settings have been configured by your provider.
-> Tell your provider that e-mail from "@kuvo.com" is not being delivered. Or try using another e-mail address.For details, refer to "kuvo.com".
