Q1 What file formats are supported?

The following audio formats are supported.
FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, MP3, and AAC

The following video formats are supported.
AVI, MPG, MP4, M4V, and MOV (Windows)
MPG, MP4, M4V, and MOV (Mac OS X)

Q3 Microphone sound is not output when using rekordbox dj.

The microphone function may be turned off.
Open the MIXER/MIC panel of rekordbox dj and then click the [MIC ON] button to turn on the microphone function.

Q4 DDJ-WeGO4 is sometimes not recognized when rekordbox dj is exited and then started soon thereafter.

This is in accordance with the specifications of DDJ-WeGO4.
After exiting rekordbox dj, wait at least 3 seconds before starting the app.

The filter function may be turned off.
Open the CFX panel of rekordbox dj and then click the [FILTER] button to turn on the filter function.

Q6 Can the EQ of DDJ-WeGO4 be used in the three bands of HI, MID, and LOW?

You can switch between 2-band EQ (initial setting) and 3-band EQ in the settings of the DJ software when using rekordbox dj.
When 3-band EQ is set, HI, MID, and LOW are assigned to the HI, LOW, and FILTER controls, respectively.
