- Q1 What can I do by connecting this unit and a computer by USB?

You can perform DJing using DJ software and create and record tracks. This unit supports two interfaces: the "USB sound card" for the input/output of digital audio signals and a computer, and the "MIDI interface" that can control the operation of buttons and knobs of the unit from the computer.
1. The USB sound card enables input of the (digital) sound from DJ software on the computer to this unit.
2. The USB sound card also enables input of the (digital) sound from this unit to DJ software on the computer.

Settings must be made on this unit and on the computer beforehand.
When using in combination with the sound device of another unit, the preparations in "1" below are not necessary, but in principle we recommend using this unit's built-in sound card.1. To use the USB sound card function
First, the dedicated driver software must be installed on the computer. For instructions on installing the driver software and details on operations with the USB sound card (audio interface) function, see "Connecting to the control panel" in this unit's operating instructions. For the settings on the DJ software, see your DJ software's operating instructions.
2. Using the USB-MIDI interface function

The standards below are supported.
With any of these standards, the dedicated driver software must be installed using the "Driver Software".Windows
ASIO: Up to four sets of inputs and five sets of outputs of stereo audio signals with sampling frequencies of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz or 96 kHz and bit depths of 24 bits can be input/output simultaneously.
Direct Sound: One set of stereo audio signals with sampling frequencies of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz or 96 kHz and bit depths of 24 bits can be input/output simultaneously. Use USB1/2 as the input.Mac OS

Normal operation is not guaranteed in this case. We strongly recommend connecting only this unit to the computer's USB port when using this unit.

Yes.
This DJM sends MIDI signals corresponding to each button and knob to control DJ software on a computer connected to a USB port. Check the MIDI message list on the Pioneer DJ support page. Yes.
rekordbox dj supports the USB sound card (audio interface) of this DJM.When this DJM is connected to CDJ-2000NXS2 through PRO DJ LINK, the HID feature to control rekordbox dj will also be available.
With our DVS Plus Pack for rekordbox dj (available soon), DVS features using control Vinyl and Time control file will be available.

Yes.
Windows
Click on the Start menu, select "Run", type "mmsys.cpl" and click "OK". The audio settings window will open.
At the [Playback] tab, select "DJM-TOUR1". Audio signals will be sent to the Channel 1of this DJM. Signals cannot be sent to other channels.
*This cannot be used at the same time with the ASIO driver.Mac OS
Open [System Preferences] > [Sound] > [Output] and select "DJM-TOUR1" from the list of sound output devices.
Open the Audio MIDI Setup application located in Utilities. Select "DJM-TOUR1". You can change output channel for this DJM by using [Configure Speakers ...] dialog.Net Number : 46 - Q9 I do not want to output the sound of the computer's program events (warning sounds, etc.). Is there a way to prevent this?
