DJ performances can be conducted using DJ software and tracks can be created, recorded, etc. This unit is compatible with two interfaces: the "USB sound card function" for input/output of digital audio signals with a computer, and the "MIDI interface function" synchronizing the operation of buttons and controls.

  1. The output sound (digital) of DJ software on the computer can be input to this unit. (USB sound card function)
  2. The output sound (digital) from this unit can be input to DJ software on the computer.

  3. MIDI signals can be output from this unit to operate DJ software on the computer. (MIDI interface function)

Q2 I would like to use my DJ software. Is this possible simply by connecting this unit and the computer with a USB cable?: A2

Settings must be made on this unit and on the computer beforehand.
When using in combination with the sound device of another unit, the preparations in "1" below are not necessary, but in principle we recommend using this unit's built-in sound card.

  1. To use the USB sound card function
      First, the dedicated driver software must be installed on the computer.
