Set the cursor to the Serato DJ application’s shortcut icon, then right-click and display the properties. At the Compatibility tab there is an item called [Privilege Level]. Check [Run this program as an administrator], then click [OK]. Once the dialog box closes, launch the Serato DJ application.
Net Number : 134 - Q4 I cannot control Serato DJ decks using the control CD or control vinyl.

Check the following:
1. Are you using the latest version of the firmware?
The “firmware” is the unit’s internal system software. To use this unit more comfortably, always use the latest version of the firmware.
2. Are you using the proper version of Serato DJ?
Serato DJ version 1.5.0 or later is required to control decks using a control CD or control vinyl. The latest version of the Serato DJ software can be acquired from the Serato website below.

3. Are the settings and connections proper?
For details on the settings and connections, see “Controlling the Serato DJ software” in “Quick Start Guide - Serato DJ Edition”.
The latest version of the firmware and the “Quick Start Guide - Serato DJ Edition” can be acquired from the Pioneer DJ support page.Net Number : 153 - Q5 DJM-900SRT is not recognized when Serato DJ is launched.

Windows computer sound settings
1. Connect DJM-900SRT to your computer and turn it power on.
Go [ControlPanel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Sound]
2. If PIONEER DJM-900SRT has been "Default Device", go to 3.
3. Choose other sound device rather than PIONEER DJM-900SRT and click "Set as Default Device".
Close the window by clicking "OK".
4. Close the control panel and resart your computer.
Mac Audio MIDI setting reload
1. Connect DJM-900SRT to your computer and turn it power on.
2. Open [Applications] folder, [Utilities] folder and [Audio MIDI Setup.app].
3. Open [Audio Device] window. Confirm that [Audio MIDI Setup] windows pops up.
Click [Window] and choose [Show MIDI Window].
4. [MIDI Studi] window opens up, click [PIONEER DJM-900SRT] icon.
The icon turns to blue color, click [Remove Device].
"PIONEER DJM-900SRT" icon dissapers and comes back again.
5. Close [Audio MIDI Setup] and turn DJM-900SRT power off.
6. Turn DJM-900SRT power on and run DJ Application.Net Number : 157 - Q6 It takes much time for the mixer to be recognized by Serato DJ after the application is launched.

When multiple ASIO drivers are installed into a computer, it may take time for the mixer to be recognized by Serato DJ.
Please uninstall unnecessary ASIO drivers.
Please ask the manufacturers of ASIO drivers for details of how to uninstall them.Net Number : 158 - Q7 When Serato DJ is launched, Windows crashed.

If you set an ASIO buffer size of maximum (1920 sample), Windows may crash when Serato DJ is launched. In order to avoid this, please lower the buffer size when you launch Serato DJ.
Net Number : 159 - Q8 Even if I followed the following procedures specified in page 4 of "Quick Start Guide - Serato DJ edition", "INSTALL DRIVER" button is not displayed on the License panel of Serato DJ on Windows PC. 1. Turn on the power of the mixer. 2. Connect the mixer and a computer using a USB cable. 3. Launch Serato DJ.
