- Q1 The message "Log in with the computer administrator's account" is displayed and VIRTUAL DJ LE cannot be installed.

The procedure depends on the operating system you are using (Windows 8/Windows 7/Vista or Windows XP). Check the appropriate measures for your operating system.
For Windows 8/Windows 7/Vista
Set the cursor to the VIRTUAL DJ application's shortcut icon, right-click and display the properties. On the "Compatibility" tab there is an item called "Special Privilege Level". Check "Run this program as administrator", then click "OK". After the dialog box closes, launch the VIRTUAL DJ application.For Windows XP
VIRTUAL DJ can only be installed by the computer administrator. Check that the account type is set to "Computer Administrator" at "User Account" in the "Control Panel".Net Number : 16 - Q2 What are the system requirements (the required operating environment) for VIRTUAL DJ LE?

After connecting the DDJ-WeGO2, be sure to first turn on the DDJ-WeGO2’s power and wait for the startup illumination to finish, check that the unit’s [CTRL A], [FX1], [FX2], [FX3] and [CTRL B] buttons are all lit dimly, then launch Virtual DJ.
Net Number : 21 - Q4 I have no Internet environment (connection). Can I still use VIRTUAL DJ?

VIRTUAL DJ can be used even without an Internet environment. However, the software can only be updated in an environment with an Internet connection.
Net Number : 24 - Q5 Can a Windows-based computer or Macintosh computer with a performance below that indicated in the recommended specifications be used?

Such computers are not supported. Use a computer with the recommended specifications or better.

From [CONFIG] > [Advanced Options] in VIRTUAL DJ LE, select [Update to PRO version].
VIRTUAL DJ can be purchased and downloaded from the website of U.S. company Atomix.
You can also use a trial version for 20 days by selecting [Try 20-days PRO version].Please check the Atomix website below on your own for information on payment methods, support, etc.

There are four versions of VIRTUAL DJ products, but versions other than VIRTUAL DJ Pro Full do not support controllers, so they cannot be used with the DDJ-WeGO2.*Software not supporting controllers: VirtualDJ Home, VirtualDJ Broadcaster and VirtualDJ Pro Basic
