- Q1 What are the MIDI connection specifications?

When controls and buttons on this unit are operated, the corresponding MIDI signals are output to the computer. (See the operating instructions for details.)

This unit is equipped with an audio interface, so there is no need to purchase one separately.
However, depending on the DJ software, a separate, dedicated external sound card may be required.

Net Number : 39 - Q4 I would like to connect DJ software to this unit. Should the USB cable be connected and the DJ software launched in a specific order? Can either be done first?

Connect the XDJ-RX and set MIDI CONTROL to ON, then connect the DJ software.
When quitting, first quit the DJ software, then set the XDJ-RX to standby or unplug the USB cable.
Connecting or disconnecting the USB cable while the DJ software is running could result in malfunction.Net Number : 51
