Please ensure that the following requirements are met.
1. Does your computer meet the minimum requirements of the DJ application you use?
The latest information is on the DJ software companies' websites.

Appropriate settings are required to output the sound from the Headphone and Master Out of DDJ-WeGO.No additional setting is needed for Serato DJ Intro.

If you use Virtual DJ LE Ver7.4 or later, the following process is not necessary.When you use Windows OS:
1) Click [CONFIG] on the upper left of the computer screen.
[Settings] window appears.
Select the items below in the [Sound Setup] tab.1. [Inputs]:[NONE].
2. [Sound card]:[ASIO DRIVER] and [Pioneer DDJ_WeGO ASIO].
3. [Outputs]:[HEADPHONES] and [Master: Chan 1&2/Headphones: Chan 3&4].
4. Tick [Ultra-latency ASIO].
2) Click [Apply], then [OK].When you use Mac OS:
1) Click [CONFIG] on the upper left on the computer screen.
[Settings] window appears.
Select the items below in the [Sound Setup] tab.1. [Inputs]:Select [NONE].
2. [Sound card]:Select [4-OUT CARD] and [Pioneer DDJ-WeGO].
3. [Outputs]:Select [HEADPHONES] and [Master: Chan 1&2/Headphones: Chan 3&4].
2) Click [Apply], then [OK].3. Are the volume knobs and sliders of DDJ-WeGO properly set?
Make sure to adjust the knobs and sliders on the DDJ-WeGO device.Master Out:
Please appropriately adjust the [EQ (HI/MID/LOW)] knobs, the channel faders and the cross fader and the [MASTER VOL] knob circled in red.Headphone Out:
In addition to the knobs and faders adjusted in the above steps for Master Out, please appropriately adjust the Headphone Cue button, the [HEADPHONES MIX] knob and the [HEADPHONS VOL] knob circled in blue.Functions of the controls: Please see the "Operating Instructions"

Some of the knobs on DDJ-WeGO are not synced with those on Virtual DJ LE even when the are connected to use them together. Please make sure to adjust such knobs on Virtual DJ.[MASTER] circled in red: Turn this knob to the far right at MAX position. The Master Out volume level is usually adjusted on DDJ-WeGO.
[Headphones VOL] circled in blue: Turn this knob to the far right at MAX position. The Headphone volume level is usually adjusted on DDJ-WeGO.
[GAIN] circled in green: This is automatically adjusted when a track is loaded.4. Is the buffer size appropriately adjusted?
As with the buffer size setting, for the kernel buffer number, the lower the setting the lower the latency, but the higher the setting the less tendency there is for interruptions in the sound.
Make the setting using the procedure below.
From the Virtual DJ LE screen, select the [CONFIG] screen, then select [Sound Setup].Select [ASIO config...] for the [Sound Card] option and launch [DDJ_WeGO ASIO Settings Utility].
Check that there are no interruptions in the sound with the default settings ([Kernel Buffers]: 3, [Buffer Size]: 256 samples).
[If there are no interruptions in the sound with the default settings]
Gradually decrease the buffer size, setting it to the minimum value at which there are no interruptions in the sound.
Now set the kernel buffer to [2] and check whether there are interruptions in the sound. If there are interruptions in the sound, set the kernel buffer to [3].[If there are interruptions in the sound with the default settings]
Set the kernel buffer to [4], then set the buffer size to the minimum value at which there are no interruptions in the sound.5. Is your computer connected to DDJ-WeGO using an AC adapter?
Connect your computer to an AC adapter when using with DDJ-WeGO.6. Don't you use a USB hub?
Please do not use a USB hub. Please connect DDJ-WeGO directly to your computer's USB terminal.7. Don't you have other applications run background?
Please close all the applications including a screen saver and resident software. (Please ensure the internet access is cut off to secure your computer before closing the virus security software.)8. Is the USB cable correctly connected?
Please connect your computer to DDJ-WeGO using the included USB cable.9. Is your computer on power saving mode?
Please cancel the power saving mode of your computer.10. Does your computer have Blue Tooth or other wireless connection?
Please turn off Blue Tooth or other wireless connections.11. Aren't any other USB devices than DDJ-WeGO connected to your computer?
Please disconnect all the USB devices including external hard discs and key boards from your computer depending on your computer models. Then, check how it works.12.When your computer has multiple USB ports, please try using another port to check how it works.
