Check the following.
1. Does your computer meet the operating requirements of the DJ software?
-> Check2. Are the sound volume adjustment control and slider set appropriately?
-> Check3. Is the buffer size properly adjusted?

The buffer size can be adjusted in SETUP of Serato DJ.For Windows users
Click the Audio tab in SETUP of Serato DJ and then click the [LAUNCH DRIVER PANEL] button to display the ASIO settings utility screen. On this screen, you can set the buffer size and kernel buffer size.
Follow the procedure below to set the buffer size to the minimum value at which no interruptions in the sound occur.
Check that no interruptions in the sound occur with the default setting (buffer size: 256 samples).[When no interruptions in the sound occur at the default setting]
1. Start [DDJ_SX2 ASIO Settings Utility] and set the buffer size to the minimum value at which no interruptions in the sound occur.
2. Then change the value to [2] in [Kernel Buffer Size] and check that no interruptions in the sound occur.
3. If no interruptions in the sound occur, set the buffer size to the minimum value at which no interruptions in the sound occur. If interruptions in the sound occur, change the value to [3] in [Kernel Buffer Size].[When interruptions in the sound occur with the default setting]
1. Start [DDJ_SX2 ASIO Settings Utility] and change the value to [4] in [Kernel Buffer Size].
2. Set the buffer size to the minimum value at which no interruptions in the sound occur.4. Is the master tempo function on?
-> When the master tempo function is on, the sound quality changes because key control processing is performed to keep the key constant. This change in sound quality is in accordance with the specifications of the product and is not a failure.5. Are you using a USB hub?
-> USB hubs cannot be used. Be sure to connect DDJ-SX2 directly to the USB port on the computer.6. Are other applications running?
-> Close all other applications including the screen saver and resident software.
(When closing antivirus and other security software, before doing so, disable the Internet connection to ensure the security of your computer.)7. Are the USB cables connected properly?
-> Connect the computer and DDJ-SX2 properly with the included USB cable.8. Is your computer set to power saving mode?
-> Cancel the power saving mode of your computer.9. Does your computer have a wireless connection function or Bluetooth function?
-> Turn off the wireless connection or Bluetooth function.10. Are USB devices other than DDJ-SX2 connected?
-> Remove external hard disks and the keyboard (for some models), etc. to check the status with only the built-in hard disk.11. If your computer has more than one USB terminal, check using a different USB terminal.
