⇒ Go to Troubleshooting - No audio.3. Is the buffer size properly adjusted?
The latency (the time it takes to output the sound after DDJ-RZX is operated) will be shorter by reducing the buffer size. Increase the buffer size if the sound breaks up, however, the latency will be longer. Set the minimum buffer size in which the sound does not break up.
For Windows
Adjust the setting in the [ASIO] tab of the DDJ-RZ settings utility.
If using rekordbox, click [LAUNCH DRIVER PANEL] in USB BUFFERSIZE of [SETUP] > [AUDIO] to start the DDJ-RZ settings utility.
For Mac OS
If using rekordbox, adjust USB BUFFERSIZE of [SETUP] > [AUDIO].4. Are the input levels of connected devices such as microphones appropriate?
Is a device with a high output level (such as a wireless microphone) connected? If there is an output level selector switch or gain adjustment on the wireless microphone or similar device, reduce the level of the signal to be input to this unit's microphone jack.

⇒ When the master tempo function is on, the sound quality changes because key control processing is performed to keep the key constant. This change in sound quality is normal for the product's specification. It is not a malfunction.6. Are you using a USB hub?
⇒ USB hubs cannot be used. Connect this unit to the USB terminal of the computer directly.7. Are other applications running?
