First, as a condition to become the sync master, the loaded track must fulfill all of the requirements below.
-It must have been analyzed with rekordbox.
(A deck cannot be set as the master for tracks that have not been analyzed or for samples.)
-The track must have been loaded in the library browsing mode.
(A deck cannot be set as the master if tracks have been loaded in the folder browse mode.)
-The track must have a BPM of 70 or greater for a tempo of 0.0%.Next, concerning the conditions in which the master switches automatically, when tracks fulfilling the conditions for the deck to become a master are loaded in both decks, the operation is as described below.
-The deck on which playback was started first is set as the master.
-When the pause operation is performed on the master deck (by pressing the PLAY button during playback, pressing the CUE button or touching the jog dial), or when a track is loaded, the master deck switches to the currently playing deck. (It does not switch while in the pause mode.)Net Number : 111 - Q25 What does it mean when the SYNC button is flashing?

The sync function normally synchronizes the BPM and beat position. When the SYNC button is flashing, only the BPM is being synchronized. The button switches from lit to flashing under the conditions described below.
-When the pitch bend operation is performed on the deck that is not the master.
-If BPM of the slave dack is less than the master deck's BPM, even if the tempo is +16%, synchronization is not possible and the "OUT OF RANGE" message appears. If the master deck's tempo is changed after this by moving the tempo slider and set to within the tempo range of the deck that is not the master, the SYNC button flashes.The flashing can be stopped by following the procedure below.
-Press the SYNC button.
The SYNC button turns off.
-Load a track.
