To change the sound source of the oscillator function, change the sound source of rekordbox. For using the sound source of rekordbox, set the SOURCE switch of the oscillator to “USB A” or “USB B”.

No, you cannot. You can use operations on the main unit to switch between detail waveforms for each PC.

Adjusts the level of audio signals input in each channel.

Channel fader
Adjusts the level of audio signals output from each channel.

Adjusts the level of audio signals output from the [MASTER1] terminal and [MASTER2] terminal.

Q7 How can I adjust the buffer size?: A7

The latency (the time it takes to output the sound after DDJ-RZX is operated) will be shorter by reducing the buffer size. Increase the buffer size if the sound breaks up, however, the latency will be longer. Set the minimum buffer size in which the sound does not break up.

For Windows
Adjust the setting in the [ASIO] tab of the DDJ-RZ settings utility.
If using rekordbox, click [LAUNCH DRIVER PANEL] in USB BUFFERSIZE of [SETUP] > [AUDIO] to start the DDJ-RZ settings utility.

For Mac OS X
If using rekordbox, adjust USB BUFFERSIZE of [SETUP] > [AUDIO].

Q8 How do I cancel the auto standby function?: A8

In [Utility] mode, set the auto standby function to "Disable". For details, check "Changing settings - Disabling the auto standby function" in the operating instructions.

The unit has an auto standby function and while in auto standby status, power supply is not stopped. Also, even when in standby status with the POWER button turned off, power supply is not completely stopped. If this unit is not to be used for a long time, disconnect the power cord of the unit from the outlet.
