As long as the device supports FAT32, FAT or HFS+, there are no limits to the size within the format.

It is possible to use if the specs are within the scope of the USB 2.0 standards (500mA rating). However, there is no guarantee of operation with all hard disks. Additionally, for hard disks that come with AC adapters, please use the AC adapter.

Yes, thanks to the PRO DJ LINK function. Use the procedure below to share the music files.
1. Export the rekordbox（Mac/Windows） music files or management data to storage devices then insert it into the CDJ-TOUR1. This allows the music files to be shared between the players. This USB/SD Export function eliminates the need to take your computer to the disco or club.
2. Music files can be shared by transferring the rekordbox（Mac/Windows） music files or management data directly to the CDJ-TOUR1. This rekordbox Link Export function eliminates the trouble of writing the data onto a storage device.

This unit has a high capacity audio buffer, so the performance does not stop immediately even if the signal conditions worsen during the performance. Also, even if the signal conditions remain poor for a while, loop playback begins automatically when the buffer nears empty, preventing playback from stopping.

The sync function normally synchronizes the BPM and beat position. When the SYNC is flashing, only the BPM is being synchronized.
The button switches from lit to flashing under the conditions described below.

This unit is compatible with WAV, AIFF, FLAC, and Apple Lossless file formats, and will playback files with a sampling frequency of 96 kHz and a quantization bit rate of 24 bits. It is not compatible with DSF and DFF files.
