FAQ
- Q1 Can the collet chuck structure cause damage to the product?
-
A1
Because the plug cannot be easily unplugged when chucked, if pulled with an excessively strong force to try to unplug it, the product could be damaged. Be sure to unchuck the jack before unplugging the cable.
Net Number : 2 - Q2 What is the netted jacket on the outside of the cable for?
-
A2
The jacket protects against damage to the cable from external shocks, and also serves to prevent the intrusion of electric noise and crosstalk to other cables.
Net Number : 3 - Q3 Why is the cable directional?
-
A3
This is due to the manufacturing process, and affects sound quality. The side with the Pioneer mark is the entrance (for connection to the player), the side without the mark is the exit (for connection to the mixer or amplifier). This specified direction is the one in which Pioneer believes the sound is better, but customers may connect the cable in the opposite direction if they prefer.
Net Number : 5 - Q4 Why do the cable structures differ?
-
A4
Certain cable structures are more suited for the transmission of certain types of signals. Pioneer has chosen the cable structures providing the best sound quality.
Net Number : 6 - Q5 What types of music is the product suited for?
-
A5
The product is tuned with an emphasis on percussion, such as the sharp attack sound of drums, the powerful sound of bass, and the clear details of cymbals. It is designed for DJ applications and for customers who enjoy listening to this type of music.
