The audio of the channel (channel 1 and 2, MIC, CROSS FADER A/B, MASTER, or AUX) selected with the effect channel selector switch of the BEAT FX section is output to the external device.
The built-in BEAT FX and external effector can be applied simultaneously as a result of making the SEND/RETURN section independent from the BEAT FX section.The unit's SEND/RETURN inputs and outputs audio signals via a USB port. This enables digital sending/returning without deterioration in sound quality for an effector application on an iOS device compatible with Inter App Audio.
This unit allows you to select the path of SEND/RETURN with the [RETURN TYPE] selector switch.

Selects the path of the RETURN audio signal.
When [AUX] is selected, inputs to the [AUX] channel.
(Set the input selector switch of the [AUX] channel to [RETURN AUX].)

Pioneer DJ does not sell a rack mount kit specifically for this unit (as of Sep.h 2016). If you are considering mounting it on a rack, you should consult a rack building specialist, etc.

If this unit is connected after the DJ software is launched, the DJ software may not recognize this unit. Launch the DJ software after connecting.
