No. The DDJ-1000 cannot be used only with bus power. Please connect the supplied AC adapter and power cord.

Yes. You will need to connect to the Internet to download the rekordbox software and any updates. In order to activate rekordbox dj, your computer where rekordbox is installed must be connected to the Internet.

　(3) Perform the operation following the instructions displayed on the screen.
If you are asked for the administrator’s password or verification, input the password or provide the verification information.

-Mac
(1) Double-click the DDJ-1000_M_X.X.X.dmg file obtained at the time of installation.
If it has been deleted, follow the instructions of the installation procedure again to obtain the file.
(2) Double-click [DDJ-1000 Uninstaller].
(3) Perform the operation following the instructions displayed on the screen.
If you are asked for the administrator’s password or verification, input the password or provide the verification information.

DDJ-1000 has two sets of analog master outputs (audio outputs) and one set of booth monitor outputs.
Connecting these audio outputs to the external inputs of a general amplifier, mini component system, or powered speakers enables sound to be output to speakers through an external amplifier. Connect the DDJ-1000's [MASTER OUT 1] terminals to a device with XLR inputs and the [MASTER OUT 2] terminals to a device with RCA inputs. Connect the [BOOTH OUT] terminals to a device with phone inputs.
